CORPORATE PROGRAM STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY: Our core intent is to provide experiences that stimulate, educate, and improve emotional, spiritual and physical awareness on an individual and company wide basis. Much of our commitment seeds from our belief that being in nature and engaging in outdoor environments creates a launching place for renewed and receptive thinking which promotes clarity and effective learning in personal and professional development.

MISSION: The mission of our corporate programs is to provide a change-friendly environment for business groups and organizations to deepen the quality of their communication, internal and external processes and organizational culture.

PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES: All Living Adventure Inc corporate programs are designed around the actual needs of the customer. Although there are similarities in our program offerings below, each is tailored to the challenges and opportunities inherent in each business or organization.

The following programs are designed as a progressive sequence or as stand-alone programs. Length of the retreats varies for each client; general time frames are generally from one to three day itineraries. Pre-program and follow-up site visits are integral and recommended for each program.

Exploring Missions™—Defining and understanding mission from the personal level to the company level is essential to a viable foundation and promotes clarity, focus, commitment and accountability to the work at hand. 

Creating Climates™—Learn to create and support healthy climates for motivation, trust, effectiveness and other vital dynamics in the work place.

Navigating Change™—Learn to anticipate, move through and plan for change in measured and spontaneous circumstances. 

Mapping the Inner Landscape™—Understand the topography of circumstance and change in your life and apply it to your future course.

HIGH ROPES CHALLENGE COURSE
In concert with our partner in higher education, Northland College, we are excited to augment our development program resources with a new state of the art high ropes course for use during spring/summer/fall 2005 programs.

In addition to the above-mentioned programs, we offer professional freelance facilitation services for your organization's workshop or retreat. Living Adventure Inc also provides a package of lodging and programmed recreational activities to complement your agenda. The Bayfield Chamber of Commerce now provides follow-up meeting planning services to companies and organizations exploring the idea of bringing their retreat needs to Bayfield. The area is uniquely positioned to provide all the typical services of meeting hosts (for groups up to 200) while doing so in one of the most beautiful communities and natural areas in the Midwest. Living Adventure provides both the meeting facilitation functions and recreational program planning towards this effort.
